1. Return & Exchange Timeline
You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Iron Ravage reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approval.
3. Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “3rd Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges.
- If a return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit issued.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
- All refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be used for future purchases on www.ironravage.com.
- Once the return is received and approved, store credit will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue store credit at no additional cost.
7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it to the provided return address.
